The best shakes that  I guarantee for anyone is the grape shake, but I call it the "rejuverniser" because it always kicks my energy levels up for a very long time. . . 2 cups of green or red seeded grapes
                                                            3 golden kiwis
                                                            1 ripe orange, pilled and seeded
                                                             1 small piece of aloe vera, with skin
                                                             5 leaves of red leaf lettuce
Try it, you wont regret it!!!

Most people tend to  think going on a diet is a three week thing so you can fit into a dress you bought for a friends wedding, but fail to realize that a diet is an everyday thing that should be part of your life. A diet plan does not mean you have to starve yourself, but it just regulates your daily meals and substitute junk food with healthy fruits or veges. In order for any diet to work you have to first enjoy it and not feel forced or stressed while doing it because you will start to binge.
